Whim is a simple activity suggestion app. We take your privacy seriously — which is why we designed Whim to work without collecting any personal data.

Data We Collect

We collect no data.

Whim does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information. Everything stays on your device.

What Stays on Your Device

The following information is stored locally on your iPhone only, using Apple’s standard UserDefaults:

• Your first name (entered during onboarding)
• Your activity streak and daily count
• Your favorited activities
• Your usage statistics (total activities, category counts, weekly activity)

This data never leaves your device and is never accessible to us or any third party.

Third-Party Services

Whim does not use any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking services.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, Whim schedules daily local reminders on your device. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on-device. No data is sent to any server.

Children’s Privacy

Whim does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, the new version will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
